I've had a camera in my hand since I was 8 years old.
Over the years my passion for photography has grown thanks to the sublime culture & biodiversity of my homeland; the Andes, inspiring to share its beauty and hidden stories. Photography naturally evolved into a love of motion pictures, and when I was 14 years old I went off on my own to document the story of a humanitarian project helping the 2016 earthquake victims. Later that same year this project was invited to the Venice Biennale, where my documentary was showcased.
At age 17 I started to experiment with fiction films. My first short film won Best Short Film, Best Direction & Best Cinematography in the national student short film festival. This film was also selected as the Best Iberoamerican Short Film in the Canary Islands Student Film Festival, competing against over 500 entries.
I love one on one time with anything I am creating. For me, the path to making a good product is immersing completely in it from start to finish. I love life and everything that revolves around it, I try to capture glimpses of time, moments, and emotion through images and film–in that way I become the bridge that connects people with other worlds, while pushing my work to new frontiers. Whether a product, lifestyle, adventure, or even a personal experience, I will find that bridge.
My favorite type of work is telling a unique story, I would love to hear your story.
